At Fixfirst.sg we offer basic inspection for homes at an affordable price. This basic inspection will include a full check based on HDB standards. Based on our past records, we realised that 76% of homes have very minor defects such as appearance and workmanship problems. These are problems that requires minimum effort to patch and fix by the HDB contractors. This could be the reason why HDB have never approved any home inspection services. This basic package will include one of our handyman to do a full check of your home and notifying the defects that HDB contractors can fix. It will be your job to then follow up with BSC for the touch up work.
Base price for 4 room flat is $80 nett. If you are an elderly please let our service staff know and we will offer our elderly rate.
