The electrical components are like thermistor, capacitor , motor or printed circuit board. Mechanical parts are like handles, nuts, levers and buttons that function to convert physical action to electrical signals. We will diagnose and repair according to what is faulty. No over charging and only new parts.

Most electrical parts repairs is to replace the faulty part as it is hard to repair. For replacement of parts, Fixfirst will provide the service to procure and replace the part. Parts will be brand new and have manufacturer warranty.

For mechanical parts repair, it is depending on the part that is faulty/broken. For example like washing machine locking mechanism, parts can be found online easily. We highly recommend customers to buy and we will do the fixing so that it’s more cost efficient.

DIY your own Repair

Although we don’t fully advise to DIY your repair especially if you are not electrically trained. You may head down to Repair Kopitiam that teaches people to do basic fixing for electrical appliance. Only recommendable for small items like fans, oven, kettle and other portable devices.

What if the appliance is unfixable?

Should the appliance remains faulty after fixing, we will give a small discount from the final price. Depending on the time spent and parts purchased.

Are most appliance fixable?

Most appliance that are still in the market are highly fixable, only appliance that are older will require more effort to get new parts.

Should I fix or buy new?

It depends on the costs needed to fix. For example Fridges and washing machine can usually be fixed unless it's a PCB problem. For PCB issue, we can replace it but it will cost a lot more than any other parts.
